3. Pay off a lot of bills.
4. Have surgery.

Well, first I am up for some surgery to be done in a few weeks.  I will be the recipient of Cholecystectomy.  It’s the first time I’ve ever had any kind of surgery in my life.  I’ve never even broken a bone.  I will know more next week when I speak with a surgeon.
